Boots that are made for you
On Mountain
Our service is mountain-based because this is where you ski. This is where you might have issues and can provide instant feedback to us. This allows us to fix your boots while on your holiday rather than after (because what’s the use in that?)
Our staff get to see every boot they sell go from the box to being perfect. We learn from this, and we improve our process daily so that you get better fitting boots. This type of feedback is only possible on-mountain. Our new location is in Melbourne but you can get tweaks at our on-mountain Mt Buller location during Australian winters.
Ski Podiatrists
We use an assessment developed by our lead podiatrist to assess everyone that comes through the door. If we identify any red flags then we review with our podiatrists.
Our ski podiatrists are trained in what the skiers’ feet and body need from their ski boots.
Their biomechanical review will make sure that you are supported and aligned so that you are ready for your best fitting boot ever.
All podiatry assessments, reviews and ski orthotics are eligible for private health insurance rebates!
Custom Liners
We keep the largest range of custom ski boot liners in Australia. Our range includes Intuition, Svenfit (ZipFit) and BootDoc foam injected liners.
We choose your shell based on your foot shape, size and flex required and our custom liners provide you the most personalised fit possible.
We can also fit custom liners to your existing boots to improve the fit dramatically and lengthen the life of your current shell.
